The main conference will be held in the UTS Tower Building – it is located on Broadway, the building labeled TOWER, location 1 on the map provided on .pdf on the web page http://www.oval.uts.edu.au/rwl4/accommodation.html

This map shows all the standard accommodation choices, and their location relative to the main conference centre – all within easy walking distance.

The main conference activities, if you are coming in for the first time on the morning of Monday 12th December, are in the Tower Building.  Entering by the front door, there is an escalator to the left – go up that escalator two floors to level 6, and signs will point you to the conference centre.  There is also a lift (elevator) which will equally take you to level 6 and the conference centre.

Plenary sessions will be held here, plus all catering and exhibition and posters.

Breakout sessions will be held on several floors on levels 5,6 and 7 of Building 2 which is adjacent to the Tower Building and accessed from the Tower (you won’t have to go out on the street) – full instructions will be in the Conference Handbook for all delegates.

The Welcoming Cocktails are also now being held on level 6 of the Tower Building - you can begin to register for the conference there, from 4:00pm on Sunday 11th December, for early starters. The welcoming cocktails actually start there, on level 6, at 6:00pm on Sunday, until 8:00pm.

Where to go when you arrive in Sydney

If you are coming to the Welcoming Cocktails on Sunday 11th December 6:00 – 8:00pm, see directions above and come to Level 6 of the Tower Building.  You can arrive any time after 4:00pm.

If you are not arriving until  Monday 11th December, come straight to Level 6 of the Tower Building where registration will be available from 7:30am and the conference proper is expected to start with the opening ceremony and first plenary speaker at 8:30 am.
