Registration may be done either ONLINE with SECURE E-PAYMENT by Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Diners Club card;  or by printing the attached brochure and faxing the registration form back with payment by any credit card – Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Diners Club Card.  Using the ONLINE system is preferred because it provides you, the delegate, with the ability to review and adjust your bookings online.

If you wish to pay by cheque, and require a Tax Invoice in order to do so, please register ONLINE Without Payment, or fax the completed form without payment, an invoice will be issued.
