Registration Hints:

Users of the online registration system have had the occasional problem:  here are our hints to make it easier for you all:

• EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION is now closed. Full rates apply.
• Please provide as much contact information – name, address, telephone and email – as possible, makes it easier for us to contact you if needed.
• Look carefully at the fees and accommodation information before you start your booking.  Make sure you are registering for the right options. 
• Remember – if you book the FULL Conference package, the Harbour Cruise and Conference Dinner are included in this price;  you don’t have to book tickets for these unless you are buying them for friends / guests.
• STANDARD packages do not include the Harbour Cruise or the Conference Dinner – you can buy these separately, as many tickets as you wish.
• IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ORIGINAL BOOKING, OR ADD ACCOMMODATION:Click HERE Then enter your booking number (e.g. B12345) and the password you nominated when you registered and UPDATE your details - You don't have to enter all your base data again.
• NOTE the date formats in the online registration system are the AUSTRALIAN style i.e. dd/mm/yy for dates, mm/yy for expiry date on credit cards etc. We use date/month/year order, not the American yy/mm. Please be careful!
  

VISA information:

Most overseas delegates who wish to attend RWL4 will require a visa to enter the country – don’t leave home without it!  We recommend that you apply to the Australian High Commission in your Country for an Australian visa; namely ‘the subclass 456 Business (Short Stay) Visitor Visa’ which should allow you to stay in Australia for 10 working days. If you have a partner who will accompany you, they will need a holiday visa, again please apply to the Australian High Commission in your Country.
