Online Paper Management

The online system is now ready to receive your Final Papers.  All tracks (the ABSTRACTS track which is the general forum, plus the 12 active Symposia) have been re-opened to allow submissions of your final papers, which will be the ones that are published on the conference CD and on the web.  The ABSTRACTS you have already submitted will be published in the printed Conference Handbook available to all delegates at the conference.

The ABSTRACTS track has been renamed FINAL PAPERS, to make it clear what is to go in here now.  Any authors who have already registered and submitted their abstracts to this track can log in, find their submission via their earlier number, and upload their final paper on .doc or .pdf formats.  When you do so it would be a good idea to also go back and review the answers to all questions on the FORM – this includes telling us what audio visual aids you might need, who is actually speaking, asks for a short bio of the speaker etc etc – it will be a big help if you can supply these in advance.

For all the other tracks i.e. Symposium 1 through Symposium 13 – you can NOT submit any papers which have not been accepted already by the Symposium Chair.  Only your final papers, for people who already have abstracts in these symposia, can now be loaded.  If you are someone who should by now have submitted an abstract to a Symposium but has not, you’ll need to send it directly to the Secretariat – rwl@welldone.com.au and we’ll check with the Symposium leader and get it loaded if approved.

We are advised that MAC users who’ve been experiencing problems with loading and accessing the system, that the problems are now resolved.

If your paper is being / has been refereed, you will be advised of the outcomes within the next few days – please be patient.  At that stage, you will be able to either submit your final paper without modification, or with changes as recommended.

The final version of your paper should conform to the formatting guidelines as found on this website at http://www.oval.uts.edu.au/rwl4/dates-guides.html - please download the .pdf and submit accordingly.

HOW TO USE THE ONLINE PAPER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM TO UPLOAD YOUR FINAL PAPERS:

Click HERE to go to the CRS Conference Reviewing System

LOGIN using your original username and password

As an AUTHOR, you will see your paper(s) listed. Click on New Submissions to proceed. The system will then ask you to confirm the Conference and Stream for which you are submitting; then select Submission Type which will be Full Submission (as no more Abstracts are accepted). You will be asked to verify this by typing Yes, then proceed.

Choose the paper for which you are submitting your full paper-click on it. Step 6 asks you to Verify the Authors information.

There is then a Step 7-Questions section – we’d really like you to choose Enter Answers and review all the information you’ve given us, just to make sure it is all still correct.  Then …

Step 8 then shows your paper's Title, Abstract Text, Author-defined Keywords, all of which you can modify if you like. Then it asks you to BROWSE your computer and insert the location of your Full paper to be uploaded. This should be your final paper for publication.

Then click SUBMIT-and be patient! Click only ONCE, and wait until you get confirmation that all is OK.

That’s all!

If you have any problems uploading your final paper, please email the CRS Technical Support people on crstechsupport@conferencereview.com, giving them full details of whatever problem you are experiencing.  If they don’t resolve your questions quickly, please contact the Secretariat.

DON’T WAIT UNTIL 30TH SEPTEMBER TO GET YOUR FINAL PAPERS IN – we don’t want to have a stampede of anxious authors on the last day!

REFEREEING PROCESS: the Peer Refereeing process will comply fully with the verification requirements of the Department of Employment, Science and Training for a conference publication, full written paper refereed. An anonymous refereeing process will be used.
