Guidelines for submissions
NOTE: whereas we give you Recommendations for preparing Papers below, these are to give you the FORMAT of the papers - but we do NOT want you to email them to the Secretariat. All papers are to be submitted online.
If you want your paper refereed, it should be submitted as a WORD document or PDF in the FORMAT specified, but via the online system - simply go and UPLOAD this double spaced, blind version of your paper. It will be picked up and refereed after 29 July.
After refereeing process, you will be asked to amend or to simply submit your FINAL, single spaced paper, as per the specification below, by again going to the online system and UPLOADing the final version - this by the deadline of 30th September.
Observe that each time you UPLOAD a paper it OVERWRITES the previous version - only one version of the paper is online - so in the end you can modify it as many times as you like, ending with the final version for the proceedings.
